Mazda Launching Mazda3 Facelift with SKYACTIV tech

Today (27/9), Mazda Motor Corporation (MMC) launched the Axela, also known as the Mazda3. The latest version of Axela  is equipped with the latest technology of Mazda typical, the SKYACTIV. The price, starting from 1.66 million to 2.67 million yen per unit. Targeted to sell 2,000 units per month.

Further, Axela Facelift is equipped with  'SKYACTIV gasoline engines 2.0-liter, DOHC, 4-cylinder, direct injection, coupled with 6-speed automatic transmission tech-DRIVE SKYACTIV. The last technology, claimed to reduce the shift gears gap with the equivalent ability to manual transmission.

Achieve 154PS power output at 6.000rpm and torque of 194Nm at 4.100rpm. The average fuel consumption of new engine is more efficient, which is 20 kpl (variant with 15 inch rim).

SKYACTIV-G 2.0 engine is also equipped with Mazda's new technology, the intelligent-Drive Master (i-DM). The technology is able to create a cozy atmosphere and pleasant driving. There is also a good guide how to drive through the i-DM screen, specially how to drive a fuel efficient.

Axela is the second model of Mazda armed with a SKYACTIV after Demio or Mazda2. This model is marketed with 10 variants including sedans, sport, the front wheel drive or 4-wheel drive.
